Power Generation

Everlee supply the complete range of Damper Units and Isolators for conventional fossil-fuel fired Power Stations. The Guillotine design of electrostatic Precipitator isolator has a unique record of operational reliability on major Power Stations, giving complete isolation and absolute safety during on-load servicing. Damper units are supplied to suit duct sizes associated with boilers up to 900MW rating.

Stack Isolation

To minimise heat loss from the boiler and to prevent the ingress of rain water Everlee have developed a range of Stack Isolators. The isolators are designed for use with stacks from 300mm dia. to in excess of 7m diameter.

The isolator can be of the butterfly, twin louvre, multi-louvre or twin flap design. To avoid the possibility of excess pressure causing damage to the gas turbine the Stack Isolator incorporates a pressure relieving system.

Cement and Metallurgical.

High dust levels are one of the hazards which produce rigorous and demanding conditions in these industries. The seal arrangement with the Guillotine Isolator is capable of penetrating   these heavy dust build-ups. Because of their reliability and highly  efficient sealing systems units are employed in numerous energy conservation installations in the steel , cement and nonferrous industries.

Industrial

High temperature dampers from the range are suitable for all heat recovery applications where hot gas forms the heat source e.g. incinerators, diesel engines, kiln dryers etc. Guillotines and Damper Units for all aspects of gas cleaning, which incorporate design features for high dust loads. Isolation Dampers , for industrial boiler applications  including 100% sealing efficiency.

Flap Diverter

As an alternative to Flap Diverter Everlee offer  the complete range of Butterfly, Multi-louvre and Guillotine Dampers for H.R.S.G. and bypass isolation for both land based and off-shore installations. For small CHP projects Everlee can provide Boiler/Bypass Damper Assemblies which incorporate the dampers in a tee-section duct. Seal air systems can be included to give 100% sealing.
